Sep. 1998 – Wanshida Adhesives Products Co., Ltd founded.

Apr. 2000 – Qiangbao™ brand was successfully registered and approved in the first merchandise category.

Mar. 2005 – Guangdong Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision issued the implementation of enterprise product standard for Wanshida.

May 2005 – WanShida obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification.

Jan. 2008 – World’s most advanced tire sealant filling production line successfully assembled in Wanshida with an annual output of 10,000 tons.

Aug. 2009 – Qiangbao™ brand tire sealant and aerosol inflator products have MSDS certified.

Agu. 2010 – Qiangbao™ products liability insurance was covered by PICC.

Apr. 2012 – Wanshida Adhesives Products Co., Ltd. changed into Wanshida Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd.

May 2012 – Wanshida transformed into an enterprise producing auto accessories and emergency products besides tire sealant.

Jun. 2012 – Wanshida became the member of Chinese merchandise barcode system.

May 2013 – Qiangbao™ products approved by CE.

Dec. 2014 – Annual output reached to 100,000 tons after filling production line fully upgraded.

Apr. 2015 – Wanshida business scope extended to international products and technology trading.

Aug. 2015 – A new round of shareholders invest into Wanshida.

Aug. 2015 – State Intellectual Property Bureau issued Wanshida the Certificate of Patent of self-invention and research on tire sealant formula.

Why tubeless best repair with tire sealant?

Cold patch require everything be done perfectly, or the patch would leak, and after a period of water and speeding rotation of tire, the patch could peal off.

Hot patch actually is the best way to repair a tire puncture, but it demands high performance of machine and technical, the tire would be deadly burned and deformed when temperature is not controlled precisely.

Mushroom plug & self-vulcanizing string strips enlarge puncture when applying. After lubricating oil dries, plug & string became aged, harden, or get loose when hit by objects, leading to air leak again. When you have three plug in one puncture, the tire is dead.

While with tire sealant, it does not enlarge the puncture size, last longer than cold patch, do not need to heat the tire under risk and burn out or deformation. You just need to install tire sealant, as long as you have it in your tire, it will seal almost every puncture you got on the tread area permanently for repeated times. You do not have to walk your motor to repair shop and spend extra time to have a traditional repair that might leak very soon. So why not use tire sealant? It worth it only to have 3 punctures sealed with one-time installation.

What is Cold Patch & Hot Patch?

The cold patch required buffing the inside of the tire and applying a cement. Then the correct sized patch was placed over the injury and a special tool was used to” stitch” the pacth to the tire. I don’t mean stitching in the sense it was sewn on, but that this special tool was rolled over the patch until it was sealed against the tire.

Cos: The drawback to this method was if you didn’t do everything perfectly, the patch would leak, and after a period of time of water-wade and speeding rotation of tire, the patch could peal off.

Hot patching involved essentially the same procedure except the patch was heated and melted to the inside of the tire. There was a special heating clamp that went on the tire to do this. If usually took about 15 minutes to heat the patch to the tire. The advantage of this method was that the tire and patch become one piece.
